which cover Medway, Ashford, Cranbrook and Swale areas, including the surrounding areas close by. |

Many of our staff have been with us since the commencement of
our services in 2004.
Scott Care Ltd is a Primary Provider for Medway Council & an
Approved Provider for Kent County Council. We provide care & support for
people in their own homes who may otherwise be at risk. We provide a discreet
& exclusive service, at times convenient to our service users. We have sound
principles for the way we run our service, providing a wide choice of care
solutions.
We also supply care staff to Nursing Homes, Residential Care
Homes & Supported Housing schemes.
Our head office is based in Rochester (Medway). We have a branches in
Medway, Sittingbourne, Cranbrook and Ashford areas of Kent and we recruit from the surrounding areas. We have a growing
number of service users on the Direct Payments Scheme.
Our Service User Guide contains detailed information about the aims &
objectives of our organization. We are registered with CQC (Care Quality
Commission), the UKHCA (United Kingdom Homecare Association) , SCA (Social
Care Association) & KCCA (Kent Community Care Association).
We provide care services to adults for the following
categories of Service User:
- Older people
- People who are ill or recovering from illness
- People who require help with domestic tasks
- People who have learning disabilities
- People who have mental health problems
- People with physical disabilities
- People with sensory impairment
- People with terminal illnesses
Our care monitoring system offers additional safeguards to our Service
Users and protects our staff. We receive an alert if a carer does not arrive or leave when we expect them to.
