Scott Care Ltd. is a family run business, established in 2004 providing Home Care, Day Care and assisted living services. We have
grown rapidly to become a Primary Care Provider for Medway Council & an Approved Provider for Kent
County Council.
We are registered with the CQC (Care Quality
Commission), KCCA (Kent Community Care Association) and UKHCA (United
Kingdom Home Care Association). We have many private clients who are
self funding and welcome users of the Direct Payments Scheme, Kent Card
Scheme and SDS Scheme.
We provide a discreet and exclusive service, at times convenient to our
clients. We have sound principles for the way we run our service,
providing a wide choice of care solutions that we have been providing
since 2004.
