Cranbrook Branch

Service Manager

We require a Service Manager to manage our new Day Care Centre and Home Care service in Cranbrook.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both services from our newly acquired offices.

Applicants should posses the following criteria as a minimum:
- Previous domiciliary care experience
- Previous managerial experience
- Computer literate
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages, such as Word and Outlook
- Flexible
- Has own transport
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Some basic CQC knowledge

Applicants with previous Day Care experience is an advantage.

Day Care & Community Care Workers

We are opening a Day Care Centre in January 2012 after successfully being awarded a contract by a local council and require Care Workers to work in the Day Care Centre and also domiciliary care work in the community.

Our Day Care Centre and domiciliary care office is based in Hawkhurst and we require candidates that meet the following criteria:

-Experience not essential - full training provided
-Individuals must be committed to providing a service to our Service Users
-Individuals must be flexible
-Individuals must live in Hawkhurst, Sissinghurst and Cranbrook due to the nature of our business and rural areas

Vehicle not essential, mileage paid and free uniforms supplied.

Care Worker

We require Care Workers to assist service users living in their own homes in the Swale areas/

Full time to include mornings, evenings and alternate weekends. Applicants must also be available (at the least) every other weekend (including both Saturday & Sunday) to work.

Experience not essential as comprehensive training will be given. We will pay you a mileage allowance & give you a free uniform.

Night Care Coordinator

We require a Care Coordinator to work in our Medway office for night shifts. Applicants must be available to work night shifts (hours to be confirmed).

Due to being awarded a new contract, we have a vacancy and require an applicant who has the following criteria

- Committed

You will be based in our Medway branch.

Care Coordinators are responsible for allocating work to our Care Workers based in the community and responding to emergencies promptly, it is vital you are quick thinking and can prioritise work in a logistical order. You will be required to conduct care work in the community regularly.

NVQ's in care are desirable for this position.

You will need a background in domiciliary care.
