End of Life CareIf you need 24-hour care, but do not want to leave the comfort and familiarity of your home, then 24 hour ‘live in’ care could be right for you.
Our 24 hour ‘live in’ care service can also help you remain independent for as long as possible at home, giving peace of mind for yourself and for your family.
To start off we can work together and develop a care plan to meet all your needs. This personalised care plan will be made to fit around your goals, routine and preferences, anything we can do to make you feel most at ease, we will.
We will make sure you feel safe and that you are confident in the carers we assign to look after you at home.
Our compassionate carers will help you with personal care needs such as washing and bathing. We can help you manage your medication safely, or administer it for you.
We can collect medication, go shopping for you, attend to your laundry, housework, ironing and even walk the dog! If you want help with your finances such as paying a bill, we can do that with you or for you.
We understand there may be more than one of you in need of care in your home. If you and your husband, wife or partner, both have care needs we can look after you both, together at home.
If you are able to get into a car, we can take you out shopping, to visit friends and family, hospital and doctor’s appointments and take you to other places you may want to go. We can take you to your place of employment, education or leisure activities.
24 hour ‘live in’ care can be a reassurance for yourself and your family. It can also put your mind at rest having a carer at hand in case there is an emergency at home that we may need to deal with.
